We produce glued timber from coniferous woods of pine or spruce growing in the Taiga zone of Russian forests.
What is the optimal wall thickness of your home?
We recommend glued laminated timber with a minimum thickness of 7,95 in (202 mm). This wall thickness has the necessary performance for thermal conductivity. The cost of heating in homes with such a thickness of timber be minimal. Go to our section on the selection of the beam section.
Is it possible to make external walls 9,52 in (242 mm) and thinner internal walls, for example, 6,37 in (162 mm) or 7,95 in (202 mm)?
It is possible, but we recommend to make the outer and inner walls, of the beam of the section, for uniform shrinkage of the structure. The minimum allowable difference in the thickness of the timber, not more than 1,57 in (40 mm)
How many years can stand a house of laminated veneer lumber?
For the house of glued timber, subject to the basic rules of operation, even 100 years is normal service life.
What are the terms of building a house?

What glue is used on gluing timber?
For gluing timber, only the most environmentally friendly and high-quality adhesive system 1257/7557 produced by AkzoNobel (Sweden) is used.
Is glue bad?
Clay is not harmful.
Is the timber torn along the glue line?
The strength of the adhesive joint is higher than the strength of the wood.
Does glued laminated timber?
If the recommended temperature and humidity conditions are not followed, filamentous (web) cracks may appear on the solid wood. This is a normal process.
Can I go straight to the finish after construction?
It is possible, provided that a stable microclimate is created inside the premises (an established temperature and humidity regime).
When should I paint a house?
The house should be painted immediately after assembly if temperature conditions allow (average dal temperature is not lower than 45 F).
Is it possible to make a change to a standard project and how much does it cost?
Yes, it is possible. The designer can change the project in accordance with the wishes of the customer. The cost of changes depends on the amount of changes themselves and the time it takes to implement them. Each our project Is individual and Is created according to your wishes.

How much is a house project?
The project of the house, in case of acquisition of the house from us, costs the customer free of charge. The cost of the project depends on its volume and complexity.
